Bluegrass Legends Concerts are produced in cooperation with the American Legion Hall, Post 42, in Evanston.  We honor our veterans and servicemen by providing true American music in an American setting.  Proceeds from the Chicago Bluegrass Festival will go towards the improvements we made at the American Legion Music Hall last fall. We installed lights, hung speakers, installed a permanent sound system cable, and upgraded the entire electrical system of the room.  We did these improvements to insure we all have a more enjoyable concert series.  We hope you join us in supporting the continuation of the series by attending the Chicago Bluegrass Festival - Parts 1 & 2, and help us celebrate this great tradition.  

Bluegrass Legends Concerts are the only running bluegrass music concert series in the Chicago area that features national touring talent. The 2009 Spring series marks our 10th year of presenting the nation's top acoustic bluegrass talent and folk-roots opening acts in an all-ages, non-smoking concert setting for families. Seating is limited as the concerts are designed to be intimate and personal. Everyone is encouraged meet the performers and learn about our rich American musical heritage.
